摘    要:根据免疫系统中参与再循环过程的B淋巴细胞昼夜节律现象的实验结果,提出皮质类激素作用于B淋巴细胞再循环过程的假设,建立了皮质类激素作用下的B细胞在骨骨,外周淋巴器官(淋巴结,脾脏)与因液之间再循环过程的数学模型,讨论了皮质类激素作用的强度及有关参量的取值范围及模型对参数的依赖性,模型能够解释参与再循环的B细胞在骨髓,淋巴结,脾脏和血液中的稳定振荡行为,而且对皮质激素在骨髓与外周血中B细胞迁移过程中的作用进行了定量研究,理论结果与实验结果基本一致。

Abstract:Based on the circadian rhythms experimental results of an immune system, it is proposed as a new assumption that the adrenal cortical hormone influences on the migration and distribution of recirculating B lymphocytes between bone marrow, lymphoid node, blood and spleen. The different role of cortical hormone on the recirculating B cells in bone marrow, lymphoid node and spleen is proposed as hypothesis. A mathematical model of B lymphocyte recirculation considering the role of plasma cortical hormone level is presented. The range and dependence of the role of cortical hormone and other important parameters are also discussed. The model is sufficient to explain the stable oscillations of B lymphocytes in the different lymphoid tissues and blood; the simulation results are consistent with immune circadian rhythms experiment.
