摘    要:利用碳热还原方法研究了硅铁添加对钛精矿还原及渣铁分离效果的影响.结界表明:硅铁可提高还原反应速率和铁的金属化率,在1 380℃还原30 min的金属化率达到84.5%.添加硅铁还可明显缩短还原球团冶炼周期,降低渣中金属铁含量,提高渣铁分离效率及钛渣品位(Ti O2的质量分数为84.75%).同时运用Fact Sage软件对钛渣液相线及黏度进行了理论计算,结果表明:添加硅铁对钛渣黏度影响不大,但可增大钛渣的液相区域,从而有利于金属铁的聚集长大及分离.理论计算很好地解释了实验结果.

Abstract:Strengthen reduction of ilmenite concentrate and its separation between iron and slag is an important means for the high quality and efficient producing of titanium slag. The influence of Fe-Si additive for the reduction of ilmenite and its separation between iron and slag after smelting were discussed. The experimental results show that Fe-Si can improve the reduction rate and metallization. The metallization can achieve 84.5% after 30min at 1380℃. The reduction pellets’ smelting cycle can be shorten, the separated efficiency of slag and iron and the titanium slag’s grade improved if add Fe-Si. The TiO2 in the titanium slag can be reached 84.75% if add Fe-Si. While the titanium slag liquidus and viscosity were calculated by FactSage software, it is show that add Fe-Si have no obvious change for the viscosity of the titanium slag, but the liquid area of titanium slag can be increased, it can helps the accumulation of metallic iron grew up and separation. Theoretical calculations well explain the experimental results.
