摘    要:指出双微机调速器在可靠性方面存在的问题,并与单微机、三微机调节器的可靠性指标进行了分析比较.限制双微机可靠性进一步提高的关键在于自动转换器可靠性模型结构过于复杂,提出应把提高微机调速器可靠性重点放在简化系统结构、优化系统功能上来.以高可靠性单微机调速器应用研究为例,给出系统功能制定、核心微处理器硬件选择以及人机界面配置等主要方面以解决微机调速器可靠性问题.

Abstract:The problems of dual microcomputer-based governor in reliability are pointed out in this original. Moreover, reliability index is analyzed comparatively of the single, dual and triple microcomputer regulator. The dual microcomputer reliability is not further more changed, because of the unduly complex automatic switchover model. It is suggested that the major study of improving the microcomputer-based governor reliability trend to the simplified architecture and the optimized systematic function. Single microcomputer-based governor application study is the instance with the high reliability. The system function formulation, microcomputer core hardware selection, along with man-machine interface allocation are the main aspects to improve the microcomputer-based governor reliability. It has not only actual application value to numerous middle and small type governors, but also has the reference significance for the research to large type governors' reliability.
