甲醇在PtRh双金属薄膜表面的电催化氧化研究

摘    要:采用强迫沉积法在铂网表面制备了沉积结构及Pt、Rh含量不同的沉积层,通过循环伏安法对催化荆进行了表征,并研究了甲醇的电催化氧化行为.结果表明,Pt、Rh均可在铂网表面形成稳定的、取向附生的沉积层,但是PtRhPt/P_(tmesh)"三明治"式结构与Rh/P_(tmesh)结构的双金属薄膜相比,前者在沉积过程中形成了部分合金,在甲醇氧化中的催化活性和稳定性明显提高,且随着夹层中的Rh含量增大,甲醇氧化的峰电势降低,峰电流密度增大.

Abstract:Using Pt mesh as substrate,PtRh bimetallic film surfaces with different deposit structure and different Pt and Rh amount were prepared by forced deposition.The model bimetallic catalysts were characterized by cyclic voltrammetry method and their catalytic properties in electrooxidation of methanol were studied as well.It is found that both Pt and Rh films growth were epitaxial and stable.Compared to the pure Rh layer on Pt mesh,the PtRhPt sandwich structure deposit on Pt mesh formed partial alloy during the...
