摘    要:以高羊茅和狗牙根为实验材料,对其叶片在冷锻炼期间的抗冻性变化及其生理基础进行了比较研究.结果表明,低温处理使叶片中的脯氨酸和丙二醛的质量浓度分数升高,电导率增大,从中得出它们与抗寒性的关系并比较客观地反映出了它们抗寒性的强弱,在冷锻炼期间,它们的抗冻性都有所增加,但高羊茅增加的幅度更大,低温处理使高羊茅获得了更多的抗性,它比狗牙根更抗寒.

Abstract:Taking Festuca arundinacca and Cynodon dactylon as the experimental materials, the experiment has carried on comparative research on their changes of cold - resistance and physiological foundation, during the cold exercise of blade. The result indicates that the content of Pro and MDA has increased after the process in low temperature. And its conductance rate increases too. It shows the relationship between them and cold - resistance and objectively reflects their resisting force. During cold exercises, their cold - resistance increases to some extent, but that of Festuca arundinacca increases more. The Festuca arundinacca gets more cold - resistance in low temperature. So, it is more cold -resistant than Cynodon dactylon.
