基于模糊逻辑和遗传算法的工程机械故障诊断

摘    要:为了使遗传算法能够处理存在模糊信息的工程机械故障事件,将模糊逻辑与遗传算法有机地结合起来,提出了一种基于模糊逻辑和遗传算法的工程机械故障诊断方法。充分利用模糊逻辑可以对模糊性和不确定性进行定量描述的特性,对工程机械模糊的系统部件技术状况进行定量描述,求得系统部件发生故障的概率。把工程机械系统部件作为节点引入模糊有向图并建立简化的故障诊断模型。采用遗传算法对可能的故障传播路径进行搜索,获取发生故障的原因。利用该方法既可以有效地处理工程机械故障中的模糊信息,又可以提高遗传算法路径搜索的效率和准确性,并用实例说明了该方法的优点。

Abstract:Combining fuzzy logic with genetic algorithms,an engineering machine fault diagnosis technology based on fuzzy logic and genetic algorithms was put forward.With the fuzzy logic that can quantificationally describe the fuzziness and incertitude of the engineering mechanical system parts status,the fuzzy engineering mechanical system parts status was quantificationally described,and the fault probability of system parts was obtained.Then the engineering mechanical system parts were introduced into the fuzzy directed graph as nodes and its simple diagnosis model was established.Finally the possible fault factors were probed and the cause was discovered.The application of the method can effectively dispose of the fuzzy information of the engineering machine fault,and improve efficiency and veracity of the genetic algorithms path searching.The advantages of this method were demonstrated by examples.
