| 摘 要： | 对臭椿的一个珍稀类型方干椿其形态进行了描述，并比较了它与一般臭椿植株的ＰＯＤ和ＥＳＴ同工酶增差异，发现ＰＯＤ同工酶在“方干椿”的不同组织表达一致且稳定；“方干椿”高体快繁成功，为保存这一植物资源提供了保障。

| Abstract: | In this paper some morphological characteristics of a valuable and rare type of Ailanthus altissima were discribed,and the difference of POD & EST isozyme zymograms between this type and the common one was analysed. It was found out that the POD isozyme expressed steadly in the different tissures and could be dealed with as a physiological and biochemical index for discriminating the types of A. altissima.The in vitro tissure culture of this type was studied as well. |
