知识经济时代的企业人力资源管理

摘    要:在知识经济时代,企业对人才的需求越来越强烈,对人才的争夺也愈演愈烈.在激烈的市场竞争下企业应该改变观念,尽量满足员工的合理要求,用人性化的管理来提高员工的满意度和忠诚度.从收入、安全感、工作环境和人际关系、受到尊重、自我提高等几个角度出发,阐述了企业在人力资源管理中应注意的问题.

Abstract:In the times of knowledge economy,the need for personnel is becoming stronger and stronger,and so is the competition.In the fierce competition market,enterprises should change their concepts and try their best to meet the reasonable demands of their employees,and increase their satisfaction and faithfulness with human-centered managment.This paper presents some problems worth of attention in human resources management in view of the employees' income,working conditions,interpersonal relationships being respected,self-development etc.
