摘    要:针对矿井提升机在运行时需从电网吸收大量无功功率,极易造成电网功率因素偏低及电压的波动;整流装置中的电力电子器件导致电压、电流波形畸变,严重影响了电网的安全、可靠、高效运行,而传统的电容(电抗)器组无功补偿装置无法根据负荷的变化情况动态补偿无功功率的问题.基于TCR+FC型的SVC装置,采用模糊-PI双模控制算法,以减少矿井提升系统无功功率的传输损耗,提高设备效率,减少电压、电流波形畸变,改善电能质量.该设备在国内某大型铅锌矿提升机系统成功应用,节能降耗效果显著.

Abstract:In view of the problems that mine hoist needs to absorbs large amounts of reactive power from the grid during its oper ation,which can easily result in the low power factor as well as the voltage fluctuation.The power electronic devices of the rectifier cause the aberrant voltage and current waveform,which seriously affect the safe,reliable and efficient operation of the grid.The conventional capacitors or inductors can not compensate the reactive power based on the dynamic changes of the load and are ineffective for this kind of impact load.The proposed SVC (Static Var Compensation) device based on the TCR (Thyristor Controlled Reactors) and FC (Fixed Capacitors) uses the fuzzy-PI control algorithm to reduce reactive power transmission losses of the mine hoist system,improves the equipment efficiency,reduces the distortion of the voltage and current waveform and improves power quality.The equipment has been successfully applied to a large hoist system of lead-zinc mine in the domestic,which has achieved significant energy saving effect.
