容县基本农田划定与保护研究

摘要：分析了广西容县土地利用情况，包括耕地现状以及上级下达的土地利用总体规划确定的基本农田，划定前的基本农田的数量情况、质量情况和分布情况，划出划人情况，其中划出的基本农田包括不可调整的农用地、建设用地、坡度大于25°的耕地、不稳定耕地、土规预留范围内农保、零散分布图斑、零星达不到上图面积的村庄。

On Delimitation and Protection of Basic Farmland in Rong County

With the rapid development of social economy, protection of arable land in China is fa- cing a serious situation, so basic farmland protection has been the subject of attention. We elaborate the land use status of Guangxi Rongxian County, including analysis of cultivated land, and the basic farmland of overall land use planning determined from the superior, the former delimitation of basic farmland, quantity and quality and distribution of designated basic farmland. Finally we delineate the situation of the included basic farmland of Rongxian County, of which agricultural land, construction land can not be adjusted, cultivated land whose slope is greater than 25 degrees, land of soil instabili- ty, land ruled within the scope of agricultural insurance, the scattered spots, sporadic areas of the village.
