环境友好型农村生态环境建设研究

作为一个农业大国，“三农”问题是我国当前经济社会发展中的重要课题。2009年，温家宝总理在政府工作报告中用大量篇幅提到了三农问题。这充分说明了现阶段解决农村问题的必要性和紧迫性，说明了党和国家对农村问题的重视。农村环境是涉及到广大农民的切身利益的大事，是农村经济社会持续稳定协调发展的基本物质条件。当前，中国农村的环境污染严重，生态环境持续恶化，严重影响了农村居民的生活质量。加强农村环境保护，改善农村环境质量，是从根本上解决“三农”问题，实现建设社会主义新农村目标的根本保证。从分析我国农村生态环境存在的问题入手，结合建设环境友好型社会的理论与实践，提出了建设环境友好型农村生态环境的意见和建议。
