| 摘 要： | 本文研究了以He—Ne激光器为光源用以测量物体表面粗糙度的多端口探测自相干仪，它测量信号光与参考光的相位差而不受被测物体表面反射光强度变化的影响，这种三维测试相干仪能够获得亚毫微米的纵向分辨率．

| Abstract: | This paper researches the measurement of the surface roughness in the multiport homodyne interferometer which uses the He-Ne laser as the light source. It measures the interval of phase of the reference light and signal light, and it is not influenced by change of the reflection light intensity on the surface of the measured object, this multiport homodyne interferometer can obtain submillimicrom axial resolution. |
