论教育和谐与学生精神和谐的关系

摘    要:凡真正的教育无不以人的精神和谐发展为旨归,但与此相悖的是时下学生精神发展的不和谐。这种不和谐体现在群体和个体两个层面。为了学生精神的和谐及他们生活的幸福,必须对现有教育加以重建。重建现有教育,不仅应加强人文教育,使整个教育精神化,而且应使教育建立在学生生活的基础上,并使师生交往的过程成为满足学生的精神需要的过程。

On the Relations between Educational Harmony and Students' Spiritual Harmony

Abstract:No real education dosen't take the development of human's spiritual harmony as the aim,but what contradicts with this is the disharmony of students' spiritual development at present.The disharmony is manifested in individual and group these two aspects.For the sake of students' spiritual harmony and the happiness of their lives,the existing education must be reconstructed.The reconstruction of the existing education should not only strengthen the education of humanities,which will help make the whole education more spiritual,but also base education on students' actual life and turn the process of teacherstudent interaction into the one which can satisfy students' spiritual needs.
