| 摘 要： | 康熙帝一贯奉行和平的外交原则,诚恳解决中俄边境争端。在谈判持续十余年毫无进展的情况下,转而组编"新满洲",永戍黑龙江,建立巩固的东北边防。两次雅克萨之战,取得了自卫反击战的胜利。1689年签订《尼布楚条约》,以国际公法形式划定了中俄东段边界。

| Abstract: | The Emperor Kangxi in Qing Dynasty was always pursuit of peaceful diplomatic principles and was sincere to settle the border dispute between China and Russia.The negotiations lasted for ten years but no any results.Under this circumstance,the Emperor Kangxi organized "New Manchuria" to garrison Hei Longjiang forever.Thus,he established a consolidated frontier defense on the north-east border.After the two wars of Yakesha,Emperor Kanxi gained the victory of the counterattack in the war.In 1689,China and Russia signed Treaty of Nerchinsk,reached an agreement on the boundaries between the two countries. |
