| 摘 要： | 面对明王朝覆灭的流血政治斗争,黄宗羲把矛头直接指向君主专制,写出《明夷待访录》.从其中最有代表性的《原君》、《原臣》、《原法》三篇出发,分析黄宗羲对君主专制的批判,并结合韦伯的《儒教与道教》,深入挖掘中国君主专制存在的原因,将黄宗羲和韦伯对于君主专制的认识进行简单对比分析.

| Abstract: | Facing the bloody political struggle of the Ming Empire＇s demise, Huang Zongxi considered that the absolute monarchy resulted in the battle and wrote a book named Ming Yi Treated Visits Record. The article has attempted to analyze Huang Zongxi＇s criticism of autocratic monarchy from the most typical articles called ＇Yuanjun＇ ＇Yuanchen＇ ＇Yuanfa＇. Then the passage has dig into the reasons of Chinese autocratic monarchy＇s existence in accordance with Confucianism and Taoism written by Weber. In conclusion, it mainly compares the cognition of absolute monarchy between Huang Zongxi and Weber. |
