| 摘 要： | 社会转型期,高校大学生生命观不容乐观.笔者根据多年高校工作的经验,结合高校大学生的特点,提出高尚的职业道德、过硬的生命教育教学能力和良好的生命教育理论素养是独立院校教师必备的素养.高校教师应不断提升自身的生命素质,在提升学生生命质量的同时,创造自身的生命价值.

| Abstract: | During the social transitional period, one should not be too optimistic about college students＂ view oI life. The paper, based on the author＇s years of independent academic work experience, proposed that college teachers must take on eligible professional ethics, have excellent teaching abilities and mature theories of the good life quality, thus improving their own life quality and creating their own value of life. |
