| 摘 要： | 近十年来,侵权责任法呈现出一些明显的发展趋势,其中侵权责任法适用范围的扩张,特别引人注目.其适用范围的扩张具体表现为权利保护范围的拓展、人格权成为侵权责任法的保护重点、保护范围涵盖合法民事利益以及适用领域的延伸四个方面.

| Abstract: | Over the past decades, there have been some obvious developing trends in Tort Liability Law, especially the expansion in the scope of Tort Liability Law. The specific performance lies in four aspects. Firstly, the scope of protection is expanding very fast. Secondly, the moral right gradually becomes the main focus of protection. Thirdly, the scope of protection now includes legal civil interests. Last but not least, the application is extending. |
