摘    要:利用自制的针铁矿(a-FeOOH)与H2O2构成非均相Fenton体系对印染废水进行催化处理,考察了初始pH值、针铁矿投加量、H2O2浓度、光氧化时间等对催化效果的影响.结果显示:该方法在pH=1 、a-FeOOH浓度为4g/L、H2O2体积分数7%、光氧化时间120 min和废水温度25℃下,COD去除率达到90%以上.

Abstract:The self-made needle iron ore (a-FeOOH) and HO2 constitute the homogeneous Fenton which conducts catalyst treatment of dyeing wastewater. The paper analyzed the effect on catalytic efficiency of the initial pH value, the quantity of needle iron ore, H202concentration, and the time of photo-oxidation. The results showed that when the pH of 1, a-FeOOH concentration of 4 g/L, H202volume fraction of 7 %, photo-oxidation time of 120 minutes, wastewater temperature of 25 ℃, the removal rate of COD was above 90 %.
