CZ191型梳麻机预梳部分梳理力的测定

本文着重研究了 CZ191型梳麻机喂入预梳部分中,分梳辊上梳理力的大小及测量方法,讨论了梳理力的大小与喂入参数之间的关系。采用非电量电测的方法,通过一整套可行的计算机数据采集及处理系统,对梳理力的大小进行了在线测量,找出了不同工艺条件下梳理力的大小及不匀率。采用三因子二次通用旋转组合设计的试验方法进行了工艺实验,找出了梳理力大小与喂麻定量、分梳辊转速、分梳辊与喂麻针辊之间的隔距等三个喂入参数之间的关系。分析和讨论的结果表明,喂入部分的工艺参数对梳理力的大小影响明显。

MEASURING OF FEEDING ZONE CARDING FORCE ON CZ191 RAMIE CARDING MACHINE

This paper is focused on both the measurement of feeding zone carding force on CZ191 ramie carding machine and the analysis of the relation between carding force and feeding zone technology parameters.The Box-Hunter's experimental design method is used to establish the quadratic regressional equations in terms of primary feeding zone technology parameters and the carding force.Upon this basis,detailed analyses are made to expound the relation be- tween primary feeding zone technology parameters and carding force.At the same time,some pointviews are pointed out on the damage of fibres.In order to make our research,a whole data acquisition and analysis system is designed to carry out the on-line operation of carding force.The result of our research shows that the way we used to measure the carding force is available.
