| 摘 要： | 费波那奇(Fibonacci)超晶格是一种具有准周期性结构的超晶格,Bloch 定理对此结构不适用.本文用特征矩阵方法给出了 Fibonacci 超晶格的能量本征值方程,并指出进行数值计算求解本征方程的可能性.

| Abstract: | The Fibonacci superlattice is a type of the superlattices with quasiperiodic potential field.In the quasiperiodic structure the Bloch theorem has become invalid.In this paper,we give out the eigen value equation of energy for F-superlattice by means of the characteristic matrix of the structure.With the electronic computer.Performing the numerical calculation of the eigen value of energy is possible. |
