| 摘 要： | 自动化分拣设备作为自动化生产线的重要组成部分,对于检测和监控的要求较高,采用虚拟仪器和PLC联合控制,将自动化分拣设备的数字量和模拟量信号分类进行处理,同时完成监控部分的设计.以达到自动化监控和数据自动存储的目的.

| Abstract: | The auto-sorting equipment,as an important element of automatic production lines,has a high requirement in test and the monitor.This paper deals with the digital signals and analogue signals,the virtual instrument and PLC joint control,manage designing the monitor,so as to attain automatic monitor and auto storage. |
