The Analysis of Compairing the Causation of the Cost and Charge of Telecommunications Connectivity to Internet Connectivity |

| Abstract: | The different causation of the cost and charge between Telecommunications interconnection and Internet interconnection are compared. Analyzing differences and similarity of interconnection cost, charge structure and charge settlement, we discuss several issues that should be considered in Internet interconnection studies. |
