| 摘 要： | 从高校财务工作实际出发,以提高工资管理水平和工作效率为目的,重点解决人事、工资管理中的问题,以Delphi6为前端开发工具,SQLSERVER2000为后台数据库,开发了高校工资管理系统。该系统操作简单直观,功能齐全,具有通用、实用、方便的特点。
