| 摘 要： | 对国内外有关仙人掌的药用研究进展进行了综述 ,涉及到临床应用及药理研究 ,对医药研究与开发具有一定参考价值 .临床上 ,其主要治疗流行性腮腺炎、循环系统疾病、溃疡病、疮疡脓肿及糖尿病等多种疾病 ,且疗效显著 .药理上 ,其具有抑菌作用、抗炎作用、免疫增强作用、健胃作用、降血糖作用、抗病毒作用、抗胃溃疡作用、抗癌作用、抗疲劳作用、耐缺氧作用、抗应激作用、促凝血作用、抗诱变作用、抗脂质过氧化作用、抗衰作用、镇痛作用、还可降低胆固醇水平及提高雄性小鼠性功能 .急性毒性试验表明 ,其毒副作用小

| Abstract: | Summarizes the pharmaceutic progress of opuntia It involves the clinical application and the development of opuntia In clinic,it is mainly used for mumps,circulatory system diseases,ulcerative diseaes,skin and external diseases,apostem,diabetes,and so on,the curative effect is remarkable In pharmacology,it has bacteriostasis,anti-inflammatory action,immunological enhancement,promoting digestion action,lowering blood sugar action,anti virus action,anti gastric ulcer action,anti cancer action,anti fatigue action,anti,anoxia action,anti stimulus actio,accelerating thrombosis action,anti mutagenic effect,anti lipid peroxidation,anti senility action,analgesic effect,it can also decrease cholesterol level and enhance the sexuality of male mouse The acute toxicity test proves that opuntia has little toxic and side effects |
