| 摘 要： | 采用均匀设计,运用紫外-可见分光光度法,采用壳聚糖精制.以样品出膏率及测定多糖、黄芪甲苷含量为指标.最佳精制工艺为每100 mL药液加入1%的壳聚糖溶液25 mL.

| Abstract: | To find out the best refinement of tuckahoe and Huangqi.This paper adopts designing evenly,using ultraviolet radiation and the way which is super filtration and shells gather candy to detect lotion rate and the contents of amylase and glucoside as the index with sample.The experimental results showed that the best refine method is: adding 1% shells gather the candy solution into each 100 mL drug. |
