| 摘 要： | 介绍一种NE556构成的微机电压监视及掉电保护电路。该电路利用NE556及74HCOO共同构成对CMOS6116,6264及62256系列SRAM的掉电保护,同时具有电压监视器的作用,电路简单可靠。并根据电路特性推导出复位信号的延迟时间及监视电压的检出电压。

| Abstract: | A kind of circuit of computer voltage lookout and protect of off-electricity consisting of NE556 is introduced. This circuit protect electricity of CM056116 , 6264 and 6256 with NE556 and 74HCOO, together with the function of voltage lookout. Tht circuit is singple and safe. |
