| Abstract: | Consultancy service is one of the important contents of library's reader service. This paper analyzes on and sums up some common methods and skills of library's consultancy service,points out that the consulting librarians must not only possesses stronger comprehensive professional ability but also some certain consulting methods and skills f0or the purpose of solving the problems of the readers and satisfying the requirements of the readers. |
