| 摘 要： | 以培养新建本科院校自动化专业创新型工程人才为目标,全方位探讨推进教学改革,构建自动化专业创新型工程人才培养体系并付诸实践的方法。应在提高教师科研能力、改革人才培养方案、加大实践平台和实践环节建设力度等方面进行探索性尝试。

| Abstract: | This paper is aimed at how to train innovative engineering talents for automation major in newly built local universities.The methods of pushing teaching reform deeply and constructing training system of innovative engineering for automation major are discussed.Meanwhile,several exploratory approaches including teachers＇ research ability improvement,talents training scheme reform,heavily enhancing practice platforms and operations are also proposed. |
