TiO2、ZnO纳米混合粉体的分散工艺研究

摘    要:研究了TiO2和ZnO混合粉体抗紫外整理剂制备的基础工作——粉体分散液的配制工艺。通过研究,选用了水溶性高效阴离子聚电解质分散剂聚羧酸钠,确定了纳米粉体的混合比例、分散剂用量、分散液pH值。经谊分散液浸渍整理的棉织物取得了TUVA为2.42%,TU怊为1.38%,UPF为88.47的良好的抗紫外效果。

Abstract:In this paper, the preparation of suspended liquid of the mixed nano-powders TiO_ 2 and ZnO as the UV protective agents is studied. Through experiments, the carboxylate polyelectrolyte, which has the function of electrosteric stabilization, is selected as the dispersant, and the mixing ratio of powders, the dose of the dispersant and the pH value of the suspended liquid are determined. By dipping with this suspended liquid, the cotton textile have the good anti-UV effect, of which T_ UVA is 2.42%,T_ UVB is 1.38% and UPF is 88.47.
