| 摘 要： | 本文采用4W龄Babl/c小鼠,腹腔内感染,CB_3病毒并给于心肌宁治疗。结果表明:心肌宁冲剂对感染CB_3病毒的小鼠可明显提高其体内中和抗体水平,减少细胞坏死率,明显减弱病毒毒力,病理学检查显示:心肌变性坏死显著减轻,炎性渗出减少,纤维组织增生较早且明显。

| Abstract: | Balb/c mice, 4 weeks after birth, were infected with CB3 virus intra- peritoneally and treated with Xin Jining.The results showed that Xin Jining increased the level of neutralizing antibodies significantly, reduced the ratio of cellular necrosis, and attenuated the virulence of virus significantly. Patholohgical exam. showed that the degeneration and necrosis of myocardium were relieved significantly with reduction of inflammatory exudates and earlier and more prominent hy-perplasia of fibrous tissues. |
