宁夏大学体育系师资队伍发展对策

通过对宁夏大学体育系师资队伍现状的分析，提出了建设体育系师资队伍的对策：以学校“十五”规划整体发展目标为出发点，全面提高体育系教师的政治思想素养和专业技术水平，建立、健全合理的激励机制和分配机制，加强教师科研能力和学科带头人的培养．

Development strategy of teachers troops in physical education department of Ningxia University

On the basis of the 15-year-developing plan of Ningxia University, we advocate to improve the political quality, professional morality, comprehensive quality as well as the specialized skills of the physical education teachers of Ningxia University. Meanwhile, we suggest to set up equitable encouragement and distribution mechanism, attach importance to the cultivation of the scientific research capacity of both the teachers and the subject leaders. By analyzing the present conditions of the teachers, the author of this essay puts forward some constructive proposals to provide some theoretical basis for the issues discussed above.
