铁-芳烃络合物阳离子光引发剂的合成、引发活性及活性中心浓度测定

摘    要:合成了六种具有不同阳离子结构和不同配阴离子的铁芳烃络合物光引发剂.测定了氧化环已烯聚合中的活性中心浓度,发现活性中心浓度随聚合时间线性增加,而随聚合温度增加有一极大值.引发剂芳环取代基给电子性愈强,引发活性愈大.阳离子结构相同的引发剂,以六氟锑酸根为配阴离子的引发剂活性比六氟磷酸根为配阴离子的引发剂活性大.测定了环戊二烯基异丙苯铁六氟磷酸盐的紫外光谱.

Abstract:Six. iron-arene complex photoinitiators, with hexafluorozntimonate and hexafluorophosphate as anions and with different substituents in arene Hgands, were synthesized. Their activities in initiating photopolymerization of cyclohexene oxide (CHO) were examined by means of the determination of concentration of the active ceners in CHO polymerization. A higher activity was found when the arene ligand was substituted with stronger electron donating group, the activity of iron- arene complex depended upon the nucleophilicity of the anion employed, the activity decreased in the order SbF6-> PF6-. The UV spectra of IRGACURE 261, a commericalized photoinitiator from Ciba-Geigy, was also determined.
