基于拍频莫尔条纹的长焦距测量方法

摘    要:采用两个光栅,通过透镜会聚作用,使一个光栅的泰伯像与另一光栅重叠产生拍频莫尔条纹,利用拍频莫尔条纹数的测量来获得长焦距透镜的焦距;推导了基于拍频莫尔条纹的长焦距透镜焦距测量公式,分析了影响焦距测量的因素与误差,并用实际的光学实验证实了本方法可进行长焦距透镜焦距的高精度测量.

Abstract:Long focal-length lens are widely applied in various technical domains , such as ICF driver, astronomical optical system, aerial remote-sensing camera, and so on. In this paper, the formula of focal length of long focal-length lens utilizing Talbot effect and Morie technique is given, the precision and error of measurement is discussed theoretically. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper is valuable.
