对工件测量嵌镶碎化和微观应变的研究

摘    要:把单峰测量嵌镶块大小与微观应变的Voigt函数法应用于X射线应力测量仪,并编制了衍射峰形校正和计算微机程序,使得应用X射线应力测量仪能对实际工件进行现场测量嵌镶块大小和微观应变。实验表明:当形状因子W/B不太大时,所得结果与传统的近似函数法很接近;当形状因子W/β太大时,虽和近似函数法有一定差异,但其变化趋向是相同的。这在实际工作中绝大部分是对不同工艺制度做相对比较时是有重要意义的。

Abstract:This paper deals with the application of the X-ray stress analyzer of Voigt function,in which the size of mosaic blocks and micros train can be worked out with the single-peak measurement.This paper also compiles the microcomputer programs of the correction and count of the diffracting peak shape so that the measurement to the size of mosaic blocks and micros train of the work pieces can be carried out on the spot with the X-ray stress analyzer .The experimental results show that when the diffracting peaks shape factor W/ is not too great, the values L and e come respectively close to what are attained with the traditional method of the approximate function and when W/ is too great, the value k must be corrected.
