家用小电器可靠性测试系统的设计与实现

摘    要:随着社会经济的发展,家用小电器在人们的日常生活中所占地位越来越重要。为保证产品的质量可靠,必须对其进行可靠性测试。传统测试方法耗费人力和财力,自动化、信息化程度较低,可操作性、通用性较差。为此,文章设计一种基于嵌入式无线传感器网络的家用小电器可靠性测试系统,实现了家用小电器可靠性测试的自动化、信息化,远程化、提高了产品测试效率和通用性。同时,测试系统降低了测试成本,具有良好的经济效益。

Design and Implement of Small Domestic Appliances Reliability Test System
Abstract:Along with the development of community economy, small domestic applicanees become more and more important in people's daily life. In order to assure the quality of product is dependable, it's have to carry on reliability test vs the product. The tradition test method expends manpower and finance, automation and informatization degree is lower, and the maneuverability, universal is worse. So the paper design one small domestic appliances reliability test system based on WSN. This system carry out the automation, informatization, remote control, and raise test efficiency and universal. At the same time, test system has lower the test cost effectively, and has one good economic benefit.
