电梯群控系统的实现

摘    要:以实际搭建的电梯模型为控制对象,提出采用数据库结构的方式来实现电梯控制的调度策略,采用最小等待时间算法在PLC中编程计算出各个重要参数,然后在上位机中调用计算,从而优化电梯,实现群控.采用柔性Flex I/O方便地解决了电梯繁多的硬接线,采用160SSC变频器驱动电梯运行,运用设备网实现了变频器故障的自动设备替换功能,提高了系统的可靠性.

Abstract:The actual elevator model was taken as the controlled object and way of data construction body,which was proposed for elevator scheduling policy to achieve.Minimum waiting time algorithm was used to programm for various important parameters tobe calculated in the PLC,and then those parameters were used to calculate for the lift to be optimized and group control to be achieved in the host computer.According to the control requirement of the elevator,This design overcame inconveniences of various hardware connections through utilizing Flex I/O,and the elevator was driven by using 160SSC frequency converter and the automatic equipment replacement of frequencyconverter failure function was realized by Device Net,The results show that the syetem reliadility has been improved.
