| 摘 要： | 高校工资分配制度的现状在一定程度上制约了高校的发展 ,改革势在必行。要转变观念 ,把握新机遇 ,加大分配改革力度 ,进一步搞活高校内部分配 ,使工资分配制度改革与高校其它内部管理体制改革配套实施 ,促进高校事业的发展。

| Abstract: | As the status quo of the wage distribution system in institutions of higher learning has hampered their development to some degree, reform must be imperatively enforced. Academic institutions should transform the old conception, seize the opportunity and strengthen the reform by invigorating their internal distribution and integrating the wage distribution system reform with internal management system so as to promote the development of the institution of higher education. |
