摘    要:本文在镍基合金DZ4上激光熔铸钴基合金层,研究了后续热处理温度对熔铸层残余应力、显微硬度和金相组织的影响。结果表明,在低温退火处理时,可部分地消除熔铸层中的残余应力,而熔铸层组织和显微硬度并无明显变化;在高温退火处理时,熔铸层大部分应力得以消除,但熔铸层显微硬度下降,同时,熔铸层枝晶组织开始碎化。

Abstract:The effect of the annealing temperature on residual stress, microhardness and microstructure of Co-based coating fabricated by laser melt-casting on the substrate of cast Nibased superalloy DZ4 has been studied. The experinemtal results show that the residual stress in melt-casting coating is partly cancelled, but the structure and microhardness in caoting have no obvious change when annealing temperature is low ; under high annealing temperature, the residual stress in coating is cancelled, but the microhardness in coating is decreased, and the dendrite grains structure in coating is broken.
