| 摘 要： | 随着排球规则技术的不断演变，高校学生对掌握排球的规则和与之相适应的技战术感到困难，导致学生学习兴趣不高。为了改变这种状况，对高校体育课程排球选项课的教学内容进行改革，提出新的构建，力求进一步提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | With the changes of volleyball rules and techniques college students find it difficult to adjust to the according strategies,which results in the lack of interest from students.In order to improve the situation and hence improve volleyball teaching,reforms should be carried out on volleyball courses and new ideas should be put forward. |
