| 摘 要： | 合成了与苯环邻位和对位相连接的L-苯丙氨酸基尾式锌(Ⅱ)四苯基卟啉o-(L—Phe)O—C2—TPPZn和p-(L-Phe)O-C2-TPPZn,对化合物的结构进行了表征.光谱学证据表明o-(L-Phe)O-C2-TPPZn可以形成稳定的分子内配合物,而p-(L-Phe)O-C2-TPPZn则不能.

| Abstract: | L-Phenylalanine tailed zinc porphyrin with the connecting chain at ortho and para position of phenyl ring, o- (L-Phe) O-C2-TPPZn and p-(L-Phe) O-C2-TPPZn, was synthesized and characterized. Spectroscopic evidence indicated o(L-Phe) O-C2-TPPZn could form stable intramolecular coordination species, while p- (L-Phe)O-C2-TPPZn could not. |
