| 摘 要： | 通过对体育教育专业毕业生就业现状的分析，指出影响毕业生就业中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策：建立健全毕业生就业市场服务体系；加强就业指导，缩小毕业生择业期望与结果的差距；提高体育教育专业大学毕业生的综合素质，适应社会对体育人才的需求。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the current situation of employment of graduates of physical major,this paper explained the problem of employment of graduates of P.E.major and provided some advice and countermeasures:establishing the serving market for graduating employment,releasing the employing expectation of graduates,and increasing the quality of graduates. |
