柯柯亚区块西山窑组地层PDC钻头优化设计

摘    要:柯柯亚区块钻井技术虽然有了很大发展,但仍然具有很大的提速潜力。根据柯柯亚区块西山窑组的地层特点,结合岩石特性分析,设计出了新的PDC钻头,并且在现场试验中取得了明显效果。从柯193井的现场试验情况分析,钻井提速效果明显,钻头磨损程度较小,仍可继续入井使用。

Abstract:Despite the significant progress on the drilling technology in Block Kekeya in the past few years, there is still great potential in drilling speed to be tapped. This study is directed against the characteristics of Xishanyao strata of Kekeya Block and according to the distinguishing feature and rock mechanics of the substratum in Xishanyao strata of Kekeya Block, a new PDC bit was developed out.Drilling indicators have been improved obviously in the field test in the Ke 193 well, the effect on improving drilling speed is evident as well as the bit is weared slightly and still can continue to use.
