能源消费问题与建设节约型社会

能源是人类社会发展的物质基础之一。今天，人类对能源的依赖有增无减；同时，人们也越来越清醒地认识到我们正面临着前所未有的能源方面的挑战。人类对能源的不当利用和能源的短缺导致了一系列的问题。中国的能源浪费现象随处可见，因此我们需要转变生产和消费方式，有效利用传统能源，开发新能源，建立环保节约型社会，以维持国民经济的可持续发展。

On Energy Consumption and Establishment of Economical Society

Energy is one of material elements which human social development has depended on. Till now this need has been more and more urgent. Meanwhile, we have been sharply conscious of the challenges we have never met in energy field. Abuse and lack of energy give rise to series of severe problems. In China, energy waste is a common phenomenon. So we have to transform our modes of production and consumption, effectively make use of traditional energy and explore new ones to establish an economical society for the purpose of maintaining the sustainable development of national economy.
