| 摘 要： | 一直以来,人们对于出庭公诉决胜因素的考量更倾向于法学理论是否系统扎实,口头表达是否清晰流畅,即智力范畴,而对非智力因素的研究则稍显不足.其实,公诉人的心理素质、情感控制等一些非智力因素在出庭公诉中同样具有不容忽视的作用、克服临庭心理障碍对出庭公诉有重大的现实作用.

| Abstract: | For a long time,people's attention to the factors affecting public prosecution in court has been put on the intellectual scope,including legal theories and oral expression.In fact,some non-intellectual factors also cannot be ignored,such as the public prosecutor's psychological quality,emotion control,etc.Therefore,the study on the basis of practices will be greatly significant to overcome psychological handicap. |
