| 摘 要： | 本文以铁路运输系统的管理现状为背景,运用系统科学和铁路运输科学的原理,对“结合部”的定义、类型、特征进行了分析,并提出了“结合部”管理的理论、方法及其应用内容.这种“结合部”管理的理论与方法对铁路运输系统以外的其它管理系统也具有普遍意义.

It applies the principles of systems science and Railway transportation science to analysis the definition, type and character of joint-part. And then it presents general theory and method of joint-part management. This theory and this method are significient not only to railway transportation system, but also to other management systems. |
