| Abstract: | Starting from separating secondary lines of business from core business,this paper probes into the urgency of carrying out the logistics reform of state-owned enterprise,and discusses that the logistics reform is the need of adapting to the market and the need of separating secondary lines of business from core business in state-owned enterprise from aspects of striping bad assets off,establishing master budget system,and setting up performance evaluation mechanism,etc. |
