研究生培养方案若干问题的探讨

随着经济的发展，社会对研究生的层次和要求越来越高，如何制定科学、合理、先进的培养方案，培养出适应社会需求的研究生，是教师及管理人员应该深入研究的课题。本文分析了现有研究生培养方案要中存在的问题及局限性，并对其进行了系统研究，提出了制定研究生培养方案应该从适应性、多样化、系统性、先进性和特色性等方面来考虑，以便制定出符合最新质量标准的培养方案。

Approach to problems in the project of cultivating postgraduates

With the development of economy and the much higher demand is praised by society to postgraduates.It is the subject that the techers and administrators should deeply study how to draw up scientific,reasonable and advanced project of cultivating postgraduates so that they can adapt to the demand of society.This paper analyses the problems and limitations existing in the current project of cultivating postgraduates and project as pnoplses that the projcct shonld be planned,considering its adaptation,versatility and featuras in drawing up the project.Only thus is the project reasonable,set up to new quality standard.
