试论案例教学

摘    要:案例教学是改革传统法学教学方法的有效途径。它以学生讨论为中心,既可培养学生分析和解决实际问题的能力,又能提高学生的学习积极性和主动性,加强师生互动,促进教学相长。要运用好案例教学法,必须处理好案例教学法与传统教学法之间的关系,正确地选取案例,灵活掌握案例教学的技巧。

Abstract:The students' debate-oriented case study method is an effective approach to reform the traditional teaching style, which can not only cultivate students' abilities to analyze and solve problems, but also arouse their enthusiasm and initiatives. The method will strengthen and benefit the mutual activities between the teacher and students. In order to make good use of case study method, the rektionship between the case study method and traditional teaching methods should be well arranged. Correctly selecting the cases and freely grasping the tech-niques of the method is necessary.
