| Abstract: | This paper expounds the informatization of enterprise, the connotation and features of BPR, the concept and management thought of ERP, the combination of BRP and IT, the combination of BPR and organizational structure, the rebuilding of enterprises' business process, etc. and points out that practicing the perfect combination of BPR and ERP can promote the technical innovation and structural innovation and make the enterprises realize sustainable development. |
