灰霉菌毒素对草莓愈伤组织细胞超微结构的影响

摘    要:灰霉菌毒素严重地损伤了草莓愈伤组织细胞的结构。主要表现为线粒体明显膨胀,内嵴减少;内质网槽库膨大形成若干潴泡;核糖体密度下降;细胞质减少;继而核仁固缩,染色质凝聚。胞饮液泡可能是灰霉菌毒素进入细胞的途径。

Abstract:The botrytis cinerea toxin badly damaged structure of callus cells of strawberry Main characteristic was that mitochondria expanded obviously, cristae decreased, ER expanded and formed certain number cisterna, amount of ribosome in ER and cytoplasm decreased, nucleolus and chromatin condensed Pinoeytosis vacuole was possiblely the way through which toxin entered callus cells
